About The Role

As Line Leader in our Production team, you’ll oversee a set area of our operation, driving standards in the team to ensure consistency of delivery. You’ll provide the tools and training to help our colleagues to understand key ways of working and relevant site processes.
Listening to our colleagues is really important, and you’ll do this whilst taking action to solve issues and improve processes wherever possible. Working flexibly to support and liaise with other teams as required, you will look to deliver improvements that speed up and simplify the way we work.

About You

You’ll be the kind of person who:

Is able to support and educate colleagues with using correct procedures and to provide improvements
Has great communication skills, and able to interpret written and numerical data
Is proactive in resolving issues and challenges
Is happy within a fast paced food manufacturing environment, with varying temperatures

About Us Description:

Here at our potato pack house in Northamptonshire, we prepare a variety of potatoes ready for our customers to cook, fry, mash and crunch.

This is where we help our customers with their five a day. Every year we prepare 73,000 tonnes of potatoes. That would make one very big hotpot! Here around 120 colleagues work across two 12 hour shifts working on a two week rota, across seven days a week.
