About The Role

We are seeking three detail-oriented and proactive individuals to join our team in supporting the Trading business units with a range of administrative tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely execution of key processes, including New Line Listings, Product Amendments, Range Resets, Pricing, Invoicing, Promotion Loading and Amends, and Data Validation before store rollout. Your role will be crucial in minimising store queries and ensuring a smooth transition of information.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all data and information received is managed and actioned within the agreed service level agreements providing an accurate and adequate audit trail for any detail that is entered into our systems and adhere to GSCOP through the accuracy of the Supplier Portal.

 

Accountabilities

  • Provide accurate and consistent support to the trading teams

  • Ensure all agreed Service Level agreements are achieved on a daily basis

  • Proactively answer all queries from various Internal and external stakeholders.

  • Work with all stakeholders to improve the quality of the data being received to seek improvements.

  • Responsible for building a positive working relationship with all stakeholders and Finance Department Peers.

  • Identify opportunities for their personal development

  • Share Best Practice with colleagues to include wider teams.

  • Display all the ways of working

  • Drive Own Development

  • Accurate completion of information into systems

  • Consistent delivery of service level agreements as agreed by the business

  • Consistently providing excellent communication to all stakeholders to ensure a smooth operation.

  • Ensure the right information is in the right place and on hand for the trading units

  • Maintain up to date files and trackers for promotions and New Line Listings.

  • Accurate completion of Market Street Bulletins 

  • Ability to get things right the first time in order to reduce wasted effort and costs across all areas of the business.

  • Constantly looking for ways to speed up and simplify processes relating to Buying Administration



About You

Role specific knowledge, skills & experience:

Knowledge

  • Understanding of buying administration is desirable

  • Knowledge of Legal and GSCOP processes in relation to trading.

  • Oracle Experience


Skills

  • Excellent Attention to detail

  • Strong ability to communicate effectively

  • Ability to be self motivated

  • Ability to work as a team and share best practice

  • Planning and Organisational skills are a must

  • Manage own time effectively

  • Be a positive member of the team

  • Problem Solving using own initiative


Experience

  • Proven ability to deliver to deadlines, whilst working in a fast paced environment

  • Experienced in managing own workload

  • Experience of Oracle is an advantage

  • Using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
