About The Role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Administrator to join our team based in Bradford. The purpose of the Supply Chain function is to drive sales, reduce costs and focus on availability. This role is responsible for supporting the operational and leadership teams with information of all Supply Chain activities and expected issues ensuring there are no surprises. 

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the specialists with the reporting of supply chain performance such as availability, stock and waste

  • Provide support to stakeholders to allow an optimised output that delivers against the plan

  • Helping execute part of our trade plan and network strategy to drive improvement and cost reduction

  • Understand the availability of data and how to use reports to help the team shape all activity and thinking

  • A strong focus on helping improve customer experience, engagement and colleague productivity

  • Provide first class service and support to team members, all stakeholders and helping resolve varied queries

  • Support the delivery of specific project work across teams as required

  • Any adhoc administration duties that may be required

This position follows a hybrid model with a 4.5 day working week. Our teams work from our vibrant head office in Bradford for three days and remotely for a day and a half, Monday to Friday. Hilmore House, our head office, offers convenient amenities, including a subsidised on-site restaurant, coffee shop, convenience and sample store, a prayer room, free parking, and frequent company wide events and promotions. Applicants should live within a reasonable commuting distance of our office.

  • The ability to work on multiple tasks and work under pressure

  • Previous experience with writing reports that can be read and understood by different stakeholders

  • Confident approaching colleagues at all levels to get the job done and make improvements

  • Strong excel skills and previous experience of working with data

  • A knowledge of the Retail industry would be desirable
