Resourcing Advisor

About The Role

As a Resourcing Advisor at Morrisons, your primary purpose is to drive the recruitment and selection process to secure top talent for our business.

You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their resourcing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and engage with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring journey. With a focus on attracting diverse candidates who embody our values and culture, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining

high performing teams that drive our business forward. Through your expertise in resourcing, you will contribute to the achievement of our strategic objectives by identifying, attracting, and securing the best talent in the market

This will be a 12 month fixed term contract covering a secondment.

For this role, we’re looking for someone who has:

• Experience in iternal or external recruitment and/or prior experience within a relevant function
• Understanding of search and selection methodologies that supports proactive recruitment e.g LinkedIn & job board searching
• Natural interest in talent mapping and market analysis techniques
• Proficiency in using an ATS and other relevant tools
• Proven track record of developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to think strategically
• Strong attention to detail and demonstrable ability to work at pace
• Proficiency in project management and organisational skills
• Ability to create and present meaningful insight in an engaging format
• for senior stakeholders
