You will:

Posses experience of managing a store in a fast paced food retail environment - essential for this role

Demonstrate strong leadership skills with the capacity to listen and respond. You should be great at coaching & be able to give feedback to ensure common ways of working

Hold a passion for spotting and driving talent and creating a successful team culture

Have the ability to resolve challenges and build trust between the store team

Have a natural ability to set clear objectives that link directly to each department which are aligned with the Morrisons priorities, ensuring that your team is working towards and engaged with a shared goal
