NPD Specialist, Grimsby

We have a great opportunity for a Manufacturing Specialist - New Product Development (NPD).

This is a full time, permanent position.

Ideally, applicants will live within a reasonable distance of our site as whilst there will be some home working, our Managers are at the heart of the action and their office presence is really important - you’ll be the face of your specialism.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Analyse and share, within the business, industry data for our

customers to gain knowledge of their chilled business and potential

Requirements.

• Work with Development Manager to Develop a 1-5 year product

pipeline

• Collaborate and partner with Consumer Insights, Site Development Teams,

• Site Operations and Customers (Both Internal and External) to Innovate and

• renovate products to deliver strong customer satisfaction and deliver

• improved profitability

• Manage Innovation sessions and Food Trawls across Sites and Customers

and extract briefs and new opportunities from sessions where possible
