The Marketing Advisor will work with our Instore Communications team.
In this role you’ll be part of a team that creates and manages in store point of sale from nominations to printing.
You will become the expert within your team for the allocated categories and areas of store, understanding key communications challenges and customer requirements in order to deliver effective point of sale to solve business problems and drive sales.
You will also need the ability to react to the market quickly, ensuring we always put our best foot forward.
This is a full time, permanent position which follows a hybrid model with a 4.5 day working week*.
Our teams work from our vibrant head office in Bradford for three days and remotely for a day and a half, Monday to Friday.

Working with key stakeholders across the business to ensure that the customer and trade plan is fully supported and activated in store - ensuring customer experience is at the heart of your work.

Working closely with retail to ensure we communicate clearly with stores allowing best in class implementation.

Working with compliance to ensure that all communication is legal, honest and truthful

Seeking insight into how customers have experienced the campaign in store and build into learnings for future events

Driving down cost and operational waste to ensure that ROI is maximised and savings found where possible –sending to print on time and without errors –challenging costs.

Working with agency partners and print suppliers to deliver clear, actionable briefs, allowing them to deliver work to you which is effective and right first time.
