About The Role
Purpose of the role is to manage the Stores Cash elements that fall within Order to Cash, This area of the business is under continual review as our business needs change and that presents many varied challenges.

This area of the business is currently under continual review as our business needs change, which presents a variety of challenges. You must possess the ability to manage the workload across a diverse team that is fragmented due to presence both on and off shore. There is a proportion of the role, approx 50% that will require deep dive investigation in order to drive future business decisions and aid in root cause analysis.

A requirement to share expertise to advise on new business areas prior to these becoming a part of the teams business as usual operation. You will be responsible for all reporting and appropriate allocation of funds. You will interact with core internal departments and key external suppliers particularly where new relat
ionships are required as part of Popular and Useful Services.
About You
  • Ability to understand and capture end to end process and implications across each area for potential process review and or wider
    business decisions
  • Strong support provided to our store network on all stores cash related issues both in and out of core working hours
  • Making recommendations for improvement both within and outside of existing responsibilities
  • Plan, organise and prioritise the workload of the team (3 colleagues, both offshore and onshore) ensuring key business metrics are achieved
  • Interaction with Internal departments
  • Interaction with External suppliers
  • Appropriate support provided to new opportunities.
  • Linking in with wider teams, building internal support (Treasury, Loss Prevention, Retail) to aid informed decision making.
  • Escalation of key issues
