You’ll manage the recruitment of c.150 Graduates and Degree Apprentices including their welcome to the business. Also liaise with colleges and universities to ensure our apprentices realise the academic part of the apprenticeship. Alongside the day to day support of graduates and apprentices on their schemes.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Hiring graduates and degree apprentices onto our Early Careers schemes including working with our resourcing partner and coordinating assessment centres and final interviews
  • Working with Bradford University to ensure our degree apprentices achieve their degree and pass their end point assessment
  • Working with our engineering college and our engineering apprentices to ensure they achieve their qualification and pass their end point assessment
  • Dealing with day to day enquires and providing support to our graduates and apprentices on schemes
  • Line managing and supporting graduates and degree apprentices who join the team on placement

About You

So that you are set for success, we are looking for a self-starter, who is an exceptional communicator with the ability to influence at all levels. We are also looking for someone who is/has:

  • Experience in volume resourcing
  •  Understanding of early careers schemes across Morrisons
  • Excellent planning and coordination with effective project management
  • Works well under pressure
  • Very good stakeholder management at all levels
  • Clear communicator (verbal and written)
