About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing Department as a Data Analyst to focus on Customer Insight. 

This role will report into the Customer Insight Manager. 


The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing data captured through our loyalty scheme and delivering actionable customer insight with a focus on customer behaviour to help drive business decisions. They’ll provide regular reporting as well as ad hoc analysis in order to support tactical and strategic decision making across the business, with a particular focus on marketing and commercial. 


This is a full time, permanent role.


The position benefits from a 4 day week. The working pattern is 4 days per week of 9 hours per day, based in our Bradford Head Office, with some remote working.


There is also a requirement to work 1 in 4 Saturdays (6 hours). 


Responsibilities;


  • Support the Customer Insight Manager in delivering compelling and clear insight to the wider business

  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, particularly within Marketing

  • Automation of reports to speed up the way in which we analyse customer data

  • Understanding of all available data sources

  • Liaise with other data users to ensure we continually improve in line with the business

  • Deliver customer reporting weekly

  • Develop ad hoc analyses to answer immediate business questions

  • Review the performance of key events and deals from a customer perspective

About You

Requirements;


  • Confident user of excel, report automation and experience with SQL

  • Highly numerate with a proven ability to solve complex problems

  • Ability to develop hypotheses around stakeholder questions and utilise insight to prove / disprove them

  • A passion for doing the right thing by customers

  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills

  • Able to communicate complex analytical outcomes in simple terms

  • Effective stakeholder management

  • High levels of drive and personal resilience

  • Strong listening skills

  • A positive, ‘Can Do’ attitude
