About The Role

We’ve got an opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join the Head Office Resourcing team as a Resourcing Specialist on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will partner our Commercial & Supply Chain teams, driving effective talent acquisition.

You'll own all Resourcing activity, partnering with the business to deliver an exceptional full life-cycle recruitment service. This is a diverse role, requiring a motivated and enthusiastic individual with drive, resilience and a passion to succeed. It's essential that you have the ability to work at pace, and are able  to confidently manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

You must have experience of recruiting head office roles for a large business, in an ‘in house’ recruiter role, with a recruitment agency background. The successful candidate will have worked in a true partnering role and will have had exposure to 360 talent management, senior headhunting, extensive talent pipelining and market mapping. You will have a passion for employer brand and will be accustomed to using social media to indirectly attract diverse talent. 

You will have strong relationship building ability with excellent coaching and influencing skills. You will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to influence a market-leading, obstacle-free recruitment process, challenging their thinking where needed. You will spot opportunities and drive improvements - both to our candidate and hiring manager experience.

The role will be responsible to do the following:

  •    Work as a business partner with stakeholders across business areas and wider HR team

  •   Understand priorities and impacts and ensure recruitment practices reflect requirements

  • Coaching and developing hiring managers to improve interviewer ability and decision making 


  •   Manage multiple hard-to-fill vacancies at any one time (40 specialist vacancies is the norm)

  •    Headhunt the best talent and create attraction plans, building strong pipelines to support business activity

  •    Have a solid understanding of the market and competitor activity

  •    Ensure an unrivalled candidate experience, making sure candidates feel valued and welcomed 

  • Drive our DE&I hiring agenda   

About You
  •   You must have experience of working both in in-house and agency with a background in recruiting for specialist roles in candidate-light markets

  • Experience partnering head office commercial functions, such as Supply Chain or Buying   

  •    A strong sense of ownership and a determination to succeed

  •  Understanding and experience of implementing sourcing strategies to meet business needs

  •    Excellent communication and influencing skills

  •   Proven track record in a similar role
