We’re recruiting for an experienced Oracle HCM MI Specialist to join us on a permanent basis, within our People Systems team.

You will be a key resource in People Systems activity providing the People Team and wider business with robust and insightful analysis of people data to support effective decision making, subject matter expertise in all people systems processes. You will be the functional expert in the people systems that you support.

About You

ge So that you are set for success, we are looking for a self-starter, who is an exceptional communicator with the ability to influence at all levels. You will work as part of a versatile team with a can-do culture, so it’s important that you are tenacious and committed to providing an outstanding service. You will also have experience like this: 

  • Capturing business reporting requirements 
  • Building and testing reports
  • Knowledge of Payroll and HCM preferably Oracle 
  • Strong experience with reporting using OTBI in Oracle Fusion Cloud environment
  • Experience with BI Publisher reports
  • Understanding of databases and data relations
  • Knowledge of SQL, development of and bug fixing
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
