It's an exciting time in Loyalty at Morrisons, we're looking for a Marketing Manager to join our expanding team. You will spend your time working with our key strategic brands and partners to deliver relevant targeted offers and communications for our customer whilst simultaneously meeting the objectives of our Brand partners. You will work closely with our brand partners to secure additional investment that translates to value for our Loyalty customers.
This role involves directly engaging with our commercial teams and with key strategic brands to build strong, enduring partnerships that align with Morrisons overall targeted marketing strategy while enhancing the customer experience/offering for our Loyalty customers
We want this person to be able to own and improve our partner/brand targeted offer and communications strategy whilst securing brand investment, building relationships, and continuing to evolve and improve our More Card offering for our customers.
This role is a highly commercial role so strong analytical and numerical skills are key to the success of the role, as is thinking creatively with an entrepreneurial attitude to try new things and make change happen.
Great communication skills, the ability to work with stakeholders (internal & external) and manage sales targets are essential.
This position follows a hybrid model with a 4.5 day working week*.
Our teams work from our vibrant head office in Bradford for three days and remotely for a day and a half, Monday to Friday.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

Development of the targeted brand offer value strategy to ensure relevant and timely offers for our customers; translating this into an activity plan for execution.

End-to-end responsibility for targeted brand activations including planning, implementation and continuous optimisation based on business objectives in an effort to drive both effectiveness and efficiency.

Lead strategic brief responses which identify key insights,audience strategy, role for channels and measurement approach.

Work with our evolving data & decision engine capability to help shape intelligent offers for our customers

Collaborate with a breadth of internal stakeholders such as the Morrisons Retail Media team, trade and commercial teams, plus insights and data teams .

Lead in the creation of post-campaign analysis. Help narrate the story of the campaign from strategic recommendation to final performance and future recommendations for our brand partners.

Follow best practice to ensure all communications and activities are compliant with customer data regulations

Manage Air Traffic Control to ensure relevant, compliant and optimised offerings for our customers.
