AM shift 06:00 to 15:00, PM shift 15:00 to 0:00, 5 shifts per week.

About The Role

As a Key Production Operative you’ll work on our busy lines in a fast paced factory. You’ll be working within the production team to produce high quality products in a safe, efficient, and hygienic environment in order to deliver quality products to our customers.

We have a range of roles available which includes:

Key Production Operative - Machine - you'll work within the production team to maintain and run the production lines to ensure quality products are produced for our customers in a safe, efficient, and hygienic environment. You will run the production line, conduct system set ups and calibration to ensure orders are met and compliant, and will aim to maximise overall equipment effectiveness to reduce waste, downtime and giveaway.
Key Production Operative - Warehouse & Fork Lift Truck - you’ll join our busy, fast paced manufacturing site completing inventory, software and warehouse functions to ensure all deliveries are documented. As well as completing operational tasks such as picking, loading and unloading different types of product, you'll support with moving and managing stock (using a forklift truck if required, and some experience with this is preferred). You'll also complete related administration tasks and maintain a good working relationship between Manufacturing and Logistics.
Production Operative - As a Production Operative you’ll work on our busy lines in a fast paced factory. We’ll train you on a variety of tasks to make sure you’re ready to provide top quality products our customers love.

About You

You’ll be the kind of person who:

Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
Has the ability to maintain concentration throughout shift where tasks are repetitive
Ability to read, recall and trim to set standard specifications across multiple products and customers
Is open to working in a production environment with varying temperature
