About The Role

We’re looking for a Store Pick Specialist to join our Online team.

 

Our Store Pick specialist supports the roll out of our customer satisfaction  improvement projects. You will be accountable for project co-ordinating various aspects of the strategy and improving operational best practices across the operation. Also liaising with other central teams, to ensure our stores have everything they need to provide market leading customer service in Online. You will be able to pull and analyse data to make the right decisions for our customers and provide excellent customer service to internal customers ensuring commitment in helping to make things simpler for colleagues and better for customers. 

 

 

As the Store Pick Specialist it is your job to:

 

•Identify areas of customer improvement using data and customer feedback

•Take a project from concept to launch

•Build extremely strong relationships with teams across the business to

influence and shape their long term strategic plan for Online and

understanding of what this means in practise

• Understand teams deliverables, concentrations and impacts whilst

maintaining a strong customer focus 

• Ensure that the projects deliver the agreed business priorities and improves

the customer experience

• Incorporate awareness of the market and the current business environment

• Design and deliver business ways of working taking into consideration how

to turn strategy into action, how the activities should be managed, how

they should be governed ensuring a defined framework is in place

• Ensure successful delivery of the plan and minimal impact/ disruption to

our stores

• Establish and monitor the use of common group Programme / Project

Management standards, reporting, tools and documentation to increase

efficiency, simplicity and improve stakeholder management



About You

To be successful in this role you will need skills/ experience in:

 

• An excellent understanding of project coordination and its impact on customer service

• Significant understanding of data tools, and the ability to analyse and interpret data and put forward recommendations

• The ability to look for ways to improve customer satisfaction, profitability and productivity

• Significant experience of delivering new/different ways of working within a Retail environment

• The ability to build and maintain a networks that provides internal and external customer insight

• The ability to generate confidence by engaging leadership through negotiating and collaborating

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills

• The ability to develop a strategy and translate this into operational business plans

• Significant understanding of a store & retail operation

• Significant commercial understanding

• Understanding of a Home Delivery store picking model
