As our new Customer Insight Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our company’s growth and success. You will be responsible for providing expert insights into consumer preferences, market trends and competitor strategies within the food manufacturing industry.
The role will also drive improvements in the data capability of our customers and retailers, using this to shape improved performance in Manufacturing, whilst leading on a range of research approaches and projects, in order to guide business strategy.
This is a new role into the Manufacturing business so is a great opportunity for someone to come in and really shape the data and insights within the category.
The key responsibilities for this position are:
- Develop an expert understanding of customers, Morrisons, competitors and other markets within the sector
Work alongside our NPD division to deliver innovative products to the customer
- Create overall category vision focussing on key insights to deliver growth
- Analyse customer habits, trends and requirements to inform business decisions
- Drive improvements in the data capability of the business category
- Lead initiatives related to pricing and promotions
- Develop segmentation strategies to target specific customer groups effectively
- Utilise data-driven insights to shape and improve over business performance
