About The Role

As a Production Operative you’ll work on our busy lines in a fast paced factory. We’ll train you on a variety of tasks to make sure you’re ready to provide top quality products our customers love.

About You

You don’t need to have any previous experience – we’ll provide all of the training and support that you need!

You’ll be the kind of person who:

Loves working as part of a team
Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
Works well as part of a team and enjoys being physically active
Has the ability to maintain concentration throughout shift where tasks are repetitive
Is open to working in a production environment with varying temperatures

Based on the largest industrial estate in Europe, our Deeside site produces over 2.5 million packs of sliced cooked meats every week.

Here at our 190,000 square foot building, our team of 1,110 colleagues produces ready to eat chicken, sliced meat for our deli counter and 130 million packs of ham each year. Operating 24/7, our 19 high-speed lines produce 490,000 tonnes of product a week! Every day nine vehicles set off to our stores and distribution centres full of 50,000 cases.
