About The Role

The Property Manager  (Business Analyst - Income & Costs) Estates will lead on property data across both the Morrisons & McColls Estates, primarily held on the MRI Horizon platform.


Generating insights and collaborating with other Property Team members to use outputs to drive efficiencies in the portfolio. 


Management and oversight of internal and external stakeholders to ensure cost lines including Business Rates, Service Charge and Insurance and aged debt are strategically managed in line with the Budget.



Some of your responsibilities will include:


  • Manage the MRI Horizon platform property database 

  • Deliver operational process delivery for multiple income & cost lines including;

  • Rental Payments Management (c. £90m)

  • Sub Tenant Rent Collection Management  (c. £7m)

  • Service Charge Payment Management (c. £6m)

  • Insurance Payment  Management - short term  (c. 114 no.)

  • Work in partnership with  Estates Managers to present annual income and cost plans delivery programmes

  • Maximise income using KPIs with external consultants

  • Drive engagement with internal and external teams to deliver the programmes. 

  • Ensure strong relationship management with Internal and External Stakeholders with success celebrated.


This is role operates over a four day working week*. Based at our fantastic head office in Bradford. Boasting an on-site restaurant, coffee shop, convenience and sample store, prayer room, free parking and regular company-wide events and promotions. Ideally, applicants will live within a reasonable distance of our office.



About You

  • Knowledge of Data Architecture 

  • Knowledge of MRI Horizon Platform preferable but not essential 

  • Knowledge of Accounts Payable & Receivable

  • Experience in cost control environment

  • Track record of delivery in time critical environment

  • Data Management / Excel skills 

  • Data analytics and forecasting

  • Relationship building and influencing

  • Strategic Planning and organisational skills

  • Time management and Team building
