Senior Finance Manager - Online

As Senior Finance Manager Online you will lead a team of 13 including 3 direct reports, to deliver the finance asks of the Online division.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for the management of performance, budgeting and forecasting across 5 end-to-end P&Ls, including both established and growth areas of the Online business
• Finance business partnering key Online stakeholders including Online Operations Director and Head of Trading for Online
• Presenting Online results and performance to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Managing key external stakeholders including Ocado Group Plc, developing strong working relationships and ensuring appropriate financial challenge within key meetings
• Assisting in key strategic decisions across the Online division including producing financial models to support these decisions
• Ensuring appropriate financial control is in place across all Online channels and the Group's Online media

For this role, we’re looking for someone who has:

• A professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• A commercial finance background
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders
• High levels of resilience and ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment
• Good Microsoft Excel or Google sheets skills
• Strong analytical thinking and numerical skills
• Leadership skills – the ability to motivate, develop and coach others
• Excellent written communication and planning skills
• An ability to deliver in a complex, fast-paced environment
