As a Recruitment Coordinator you’ll take the lead to deliver an effective resourcing service for the centre; resulting in vacancies being filled and successful candidates having a consistently great onboarding experience.
You’ll be responsible for the creation, development, implementation and maintenance of onboarding toolkits and training that support the effective hiring process of our Finance colleagues.
Introduce processes and develop future strategies, ensuring we continue to evolve and meet our current and future hiring needs and the changing markets. Be a brand ambassador for Morrisons, selling the Morrisons proposition effectively to prospective candidates.
This is a 12 Month fixed-term contract with the view to a permanent position if successful. This is a hybrid role operating over a four day working week, however flexibility is required when running, recruitment days and other attraction campaigns, as these may require additional support.
This role is based at our fantastic head office in Bradford. Boasting an on-site restaurant, coffee shop, convenience and sample store, prayer room, free parking and regular company-wide events and promotions. Ideally, applicants will live within a reasonable distance of our office.

Administration support to the wider recruitment team

Challenge the way we do things - proactively seek out new attraction methods

Proactively review third party advertising suppliers and spend to ensure return on investment

Brand ambassador for Morrisons, able to sell the Morrisons proposition effectively to prospective candidates to maximise our share in a competitive market

Ensure all vacancies are created and advertised online using our in house systems, and monitor process, ensuring vacancies with sufficient applications are closed and applicants updated accordingly

Screening of CV’s followed by the setting up and leading candidate interviews.
