About The Role

As a People Specialist you will support the Reward Manager to develop and implement a reward project plan. You'll provide robust, accurate and insightful information and data to support effective decision making and deliver customer requirements, giving due consideration for operational and legislative requirements. You will identify opportunities for process improvement, simplification and innovation.
 
Some of your responsibilities will include:
 
  • Deliver a customer focused, proactive, specialist reward service  
  • Provide robust and insightful information in order to drive decision making  
  • Collect and analyse data documentation on a wide range of people issues
  • Identify trends and issues, providing high quality, accurate information to support the delivery of the project
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders  
  • Ensure consistent application and implementation of reward project processes
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement, simplification and innovation 
  • Coach and support key stakeholders on reward processes and practices to enable successful delivery of the reward project plan
  • Support reward project work, and broader business-wide projects as required
This is a hybrid role operating over a four day working week*. This role is based at our fantastic head office in Bradford. Boasting an on-site restaurant, coffee shop, convenience and sample store, prayer room, free parking and regular company-wide events and promotions. Ideally, applicants will live within a reasonable distance of our office.

  • Highly numerate, meticulous, and hold advanced analytical skills
  • Strong excel skills with ability to interpret and analyse data
  • To be collaborative, engaging and credible
  • The ability to build and maintain networks
  • Have strong and growing commercial and financial understanding
  • Proven ability to deliver under pressure and in situations of ambiguity, working to deadlines
  • A professional background as either a HR/Reward specialist or Analyst
  • A demonstrable track record of building strong relationships and establishing yourself as a trusted expert
