Finance Administrator - Falfish

We’re looking for a Finance Administrator to join our Finance team in Falfish.

You’ll support the delivery of company wide transactions and processes within the finance function, ensuring that your thinking is customer first in all aspects of your role.

Some of the responsibilities include:

• Assist with financial reporting on both a regular and ad hoc basis. Suggesting continuous improvement ideas to ensure that stakeholders requirements are fully met and/or exceeded.
• Participate in projects, providing support for improving business processes and procedures.
• Provide financial information as required.
• Take responsibility for cultivating positive working relationships with key business stakeholders and finance department peers.
• Ensure the application of operation and finance controls.
• Review, complete and achieve a defined number of interactions in line with guidance.
• Produce meaningful commentary to invoice level of detail to ensure messages to the wider business are both accurate and timely.
• Provide variance analysis and trending techniques.

Based in Redruth and Falmouth in Cornwall, Falfish joined the Morrisons family in March 2021.

Falfish source 56 different species of fish, and supply over 80% of the fish we sell in our stores. That includes our core fish counter range like mackerel, cod, monkfish and scallops, together with more wild species of fish like Spidercrab, Wild Seabass and Seabream.
