• Understanding of customer requirements by asking questions and responding to feedback. 
• The ability to deliver excellent customer service every day
• A strong understanding of the different audiences and how to best utilise different channels. 
• The ability to develop clear and effective internal communications plans and content, that enable colleagues understanding and support engagement. 
• The ability to support an environment where everyone feels valued and listened to. 
• Strong writing and grammar that requires little alteration, with clear grasp of good English. Writing well-judged, convincing messages. 
• The ability to write sensitive communications for social media that are appreciated by their audience. 
• Experience of leading internal communication programmes.
