As our Service Delivery Manager you’ll be accountable for:
● Managing a portfolio of services from across Technology Wholesale, managing senior business stakeholders and holding service reviews to keep them updated on the service they are receiving and service improvements are being made.
● Maintaining overall financial management of OpEx costs for your service portfolio.
● For service design and transition on any new or changed services to ensure smooth support when implemented by project teams.
● Working closely with our Technology Commercial team to design, negotiate, implement and monitor service level agreements and ongoing management of our third-party resolver teams.
● Managing service improvements for the services in your portfolio, working cross-functionally across Technology to drive business value.
● Playing an active role in the Service Community across Technology to share best practice and ensure consistent ways of working.
● Ensuring the configuration and knowledge management for your services are kept up to date.
● Acting as a gatekeeper for Service within the technology Retail team to ensure we are doing the right thing to protect service.
